Instead of using crackers, take a baguette and slice it thin. Brush with olive oil or melted butter. You can season it with chopped fresh rosemary and sea salt or nothing at all. Toast it up golden and serve with both hard and soft cheeses. SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!
