Here is a Hint: Instead of using crackers, you can take sliced bread, cut it into strips or squares, lightly toast them and they are perfect with soft and hard cheeses! If you have a full loaf or a baguette, slice thin and do the same, toast lightly and again it is perfect for cheeses.
